People Design’s Leadership Habit Building Program covers foundational leadership skills as well as more sophisticated leadership concepts that allow leaders to tap into their leadership potential and be their very best versions. The key elements that make this program more successful than other conventional leadership development activities is the monthly ‘Leadership Circle’ that allows for Managers and Leaders at various career stages and from various industries connect, share and learn together. It also includes access to ‘Learna’ , a micro-learning app that enables the leadership habits to be embedded through bite sized and flexible learning content between the formal sessions.
